How We Started

ReAlign was founded by coaches who spent years inside large organizations and saw the same pattern: talented leaders navigating real change — new roles, shifting teams, career pivots — often without the support they needed to do it well.

We started this practice because we believe coaching should be personal, not packaged. Every leader's situation is different, and the coaching should reflect that. No cookie-cutter programs. No one-size-fits-all frameworks. Just thoughtful, experienced coaches doing careful work.

Today we work with leaders stepping into bigger roles, coaches building their practices, and organizations investing in the humans behind their strategy.
