Our Approach
Our supervision model blends reflective, normative, and formative approaches. We create a confidential space where you can bring real client situations, explore your coaching patterns, and uncover your growth edges.
Sessions may include live coaching practice (observed or recorded), case reviews, and exploration of the relational dynamics at play. We hold space with curiosity, not judgment.

What a Typical Engagement Looks Like
- •Individual supervision: Monthly 60-minute sessions (ongoing or in 6-session blocks)
- •Group supervision: Monthly 90-minute sessions with 3–5 coaches
- •Peer supervision facilitation available for coaching teams
- •All sessions are virtual, with flexible scheduling across time zones
