Drop-in supervision
Some sessions stay with you after they end. A client you can't stop thinking about. A moment you keep replaying. A question you haven't found words for yet.
Drop-in supervision is an open hour for whatever that is. No enrollment, no commitment. Come when something needs the space.
Sessions are group format, with up to four coaches in the room. Some days it may be just you and me — the hour holds either way.
In place of a fee
These sessions are offered without charge. If the hour is useful to you, I ask that you make a donation, in an amount of your choosing, to a nonprofit whose work matters to you. On the honor system — no receipt needed.
These hours count
Drop-in supervision qualifies as coaching supervision under ICF guidelines, and you may claim these hours as Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units in Core Competencies toward your credential renewal. I keep attendance — a certificate is yours for the asking.
Before you join
Supervision is a confidential, reflective space. A few things worth knowing:
What is shared in the session stays in the session — confidentiality extends to every coach in the room.
Bring a case, a question, or something that's been sitting with you, along with your curiosity.
You remain responsible for your own coaching practice. Supervision is not therapy, counseling, or business advice.

Drop-In Supervision Agreement
The purpose of this Drop-In Supervision Agreement is to ensure that both the Supervisor and the Coach/Supervisee have a common understanding of the nature, content, and outcome of the drop-in supervision session.
Purpose of Supervision
Supervision focuses on the Coach/Supervisee's learning and development, in service to their clients. Supervision supports the Coach/Supervisee in reflecting upon and exploring the interactions, patterns, thinking, models, and approaches they employ with their clients.
Supervision serves three broad functions: further development of the Coach/Supervisee's skills and personal effectiveness; attention to the quality of services offered by the Coach/Supervisee, including adherence to ethical practices; and personal support for the Coach/Supervisee as they interact with clients and the systems in which the client works.
Roles and Responsibilities
Supervisor: Creates a holding space in which the Coach/Supervisee can explore, learn, and grow. Brings their full presence, experience, and insight to supervision. Is accredited/certified by the Coaching Supervision Academy or other accredited coaching supervision training program. Abides by the Code of Ethics and Practices of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and/or EMCC Global.
Coach/Supervisee: Brings a case, issue, challenge, or success to explore, along with a mindset of curiosity and reflection. Applies insights and learnings from supervision to their client engagements.
Both: Address any concerns between them, as they arise.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality will be in accordance with the ICF or EMCC Global Code of Ethics for the Supervisor, and the Code of Ethics of the relevant professional body of the Coach/Supervisee.
Confidentiality extends to all participants in the drop-in session, so every Coach/Supervisee may safely present cases and client examples for the purposes described above. What is shared in the session stays in the session.
The Coach/Supervisee gives permission for the Supervisor to discuss with their own Supervisor any issues arising from the session that pertain to the Supervisor's learning and development. The Supervisor will maintain anonymity of both the Coach/Supervisee and their clients in these conversations.
Scope of Services
This Agreement covers one (1) drop-in group supervision session. Sessions are 60 minutes in length. Should the Coach/Supervisee wish to continue in supervision beyond this session, ongoing individual or group supervision is available under a separate agreement.
Donation in Lieu of Fee
This drop-in session is provided without charge to the Coach/Supervisee. The Supervisor receives no payment for it. In the spirit of this offering, the Coach/Supervisee agrees to make a donation, in an amount of their choosing, to a nonprofit of the Coach/Supervisee's choosing. The donation is made on the honor system. No receipt or proof of donation is required.
Liability
The Coach/Supervisee is professionally responsible and accountable for their coaching practice. The Supervisor does not accept responsibility for any of the decisions, choices, or actions that the Coach/Supervisee might make as a result of receiving supervision from the Supervisor. The Supervisor is not a qualified therapist or counselor or a business advisor.
